I grew up with a mindset of "Practice Makes Perfect". If I want to learn something, repeatedly practicing it will yield me significant results.
When we repeatedly doing something, we gain confidence and we tell our mind and body to remember what we do and how we do it. It's the same thing with what other people called "Consistency" or "muscle memory".
Through the process, we have to be conscious of what we are practicing, otherwise what we achieve might differ from what we intended to.
Truth is, knowledge from listening or reading differs totally from knowledge gained from doing. By creating something, we gain the full understanding of what we created; This requires practice.
